Wanda specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and trauma-informed care. She has extensive experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Wanda is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.
